Sanjana Anand Cast Opposite Ganesh in Tamma Sukhagamana Bayasuva

Actor Sanjana Anand has been finalized as the female lead opposite Ganesh in director Ramennahalli Jagannatha’s upcoming film, Tamma Sukhagamana Bayasuva, which recently completed its first shooting schedule in Bengaluru. The emotional family drama marks the first time the two actors will share the screen.

While the makers of the film have remained quiet about the casting details, reports in June 2026 confirmed that Anand has already joined the film's sets. The production team is currently preparing to resume filming for the next schedule, and an official announcement regarding Anand's casting is expected to be released by the makers in the coming days.

For director Ramennahalli Jagannatha, the project holds a personal significance. Jagannatha is a long-time admirer of Ganesh’s hit film Mungaru Male, which he has reportedly watched multiple times. He penned Tamma Sukhagamana Bayasuva specifically as a family-oriented emotional drama.

The film's music will be composed by Arjun Janya. This project reunites Janya and Ganesh, bringing back the musical partnership that was previously seen in the film Krishnam Pranaya Sakhi. In addition to the lead pair, the movie's supporting cast features well-known actors Achyuth Kumar and Rangaayana Raghu.

Sanjana Anand, who gained recognition for her role in Chemistry of Kariyappa, has a busy lineup of projects. She was recently seen in Ekka alongside Yuva Rajkumar, and in Hayagriva with Danveerrah. She is also awaiting the theatrical release of Bail, a film that stars Shivarajkumar and Deekshith Shetty.

Ganesh is also managing a busy schedule alongside this production. His next scheduled release is Brinda Vihaari. Additionally, the actor has two other films, Pinnaka and Your Sincerely Raam, which are currently progressing through different stages of production.
