Swindon Council Member Suresh Gattapur Addresses Students At KR Puram College

Suresh Gattapur, a Borough Council Member from Swindon, England, United Kingdom, delivered a guest lecture on “Best Practices of Developed Nations in Governance” at Silicon City College (Autonomous) in KR Puram, Bengaluru.

Addressing the students, Gattapur spoke about the fundamental principles of effective administration. He highlighted the critical roles that transparency, the rule of law, youth participation, and honesty play in governance. During his presentation, Gattapur explained how these specific values contribute to the smooth functioning of administration in developed countries.

Following the lecture, Dr. HM Chandrashekar, the Chairman of Silicon City College, felicitated Gattapur. Chandrashekar acknowledged Gattapur’s active role in promoting Kannada and Indian culture in the United Kingdom.

In his remarks, Chandrashekar encouraged the attending students to follow Gattapur’s example of dedicated service. He urged them to actively work towards serving society and supporting the Indian diaspora.

Ebrahim, the President of Rotary Bengaluru Manyata, was also present at the college event to mark the occasion.
