GPS Tracking Launched for 138 Waste Collection Vehicles in Shanthinagar

A new GPS tracking initiative for waste collection vehicles has been launched in Bengaluru's Shanthinagar locality to streamline municipal sanitation operations.
Under the project, GPS devices will be installed in 138 auto-tippers deployed for daily waste collection across the area.
According to the BCCC, the initiative is designed to enhance overall vehicle monitoring and ensure that waste collection vehicles strictly adhere to their designated routes.
The deployment of GPS units is aimed at improving operational transparency and making the local waste management process significantly more efficient throughout Shanthinagar.
