Fractal Analytics Secures $17 Million US Healthcare AI Contract

Fractal Analytics in Bengaluru has secured a multi-year agreement valued at $17 million with a major healthcare enterprise based in the United States. Under the terms of the deal, the pure-play enterprise AI firm will modernise the client's Data and AI foundation on the Databricks platform to assist its transition toward becoming an AI-ready organisation.
The agreement encompasses 24x7 managed data operations for the healthcare firm. As part of this mandate, support services previously handled by multiple vendors will be consolidated under Fractal, which will serve as the sole strategic partner for these operations.
Company leadership highlighted the growing necessity for modernised data frameworks in the sector to drive clinical and operational efficiencies.
"Healthcare is entering a new era where AI can help organisations make faster, smarter and more informed decisions across every stage of the care journey. At Fractal, our focus is on delivering practical healthcare AI that drives measurable impact, from operational performance to patient and member experiences," said Matt Gennone, Chief Commercial Officer at Fractal and Chief Executive Officer of Cogentiq.
Srikanth Velamakanni, Co-founder, Group Chief Executive, and Vice-Chairman of Fractal, stated that modernising data systems is essential for companies attempting to scale AI programs across entire organisations.
"As enterprises accelerate AI adoption, moving from isolated pilots to enterprise-scale AI deployment requires strong AI foundations. We are seeing leading organisations make long-term commitments to modernise data, governance and operational foundations, validating AI Foundations as a critical enterprise transformation category," Velamakanni said.
Fractal employs more than 6,000 professionals across North America, EMEA, and the Asia-Pacific region. The company directs over 6% of its revenue into AI research and development, supporting foundational AI research, proprietary product development, and intellectual property creation.
