Bengaluru Police Restrict Heavy Goods Vehicles on Key Roads for Eid Milad

The Bengaluru Traffic Police have restricted the movement of heavy goods vehicles on select arterial corridors across the city on Wednesday, in view of Eid Milad processions heading towards the YMCA Ground on Nrupatunga Road.

According to an official press release issued by the traffic police, the vehicular restrictions will remain in effect from 12 noon to 11 pm. The curbs were introduced to manage traffic flow as members of the Muslim community are scheduled to reach the YMCA Ground in large processions.

A no-entry restriction for heavy goods vehicles will be enforced from Doddabele Junction, extending through the Hoskerehalli Toll on NICE Road via Nayandahalli Junction.

Movement will also be barred from Nagarabhavi Circle on the Outer Ring Road passing via Nayandahalli Junction during the specified window.

Furthermore, the traffic police have placed restrictions on heavy goods vehicles moving from Magadi Main Road towards Sirsi Circle via Hunasemara Junction.
